Roasting coffee is not simply the process of heating the coffee bean until it is darker; it is an art.

Like wine, each coffee growing region produces unique characteristics in its beans. To roast each type of coffee bean to it's fullest potential takes dedication and a love of coffee. We love coffee and take pride in roasting each type to perfection. 

Our coffees are roasted daily in a small batch, traditional, artisan roaster. Check out our great selection of Fair Trade, Organic, Conventional and Specialty Coffees as well as our large selection of Flavoured coffees.

We do not believe in having large amounts of coffee roasted and stored for long periods, as we want our coffee to be as fresh as possible. While this sometimes means that large orders may take a bit longer, you can always be assured that you are getting the freshest coffee possible!
